GuestDeck provides a digital tool for hosts. We are not a party to any rental agreement between hosts and guests. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or negative interactions that occur between you and your guests.For example, "We are not liable if your Airbnb guest gets mad at you" because of an issue with the guide or property.

2. Acceptable Use & Content

You agree to use GuestDeck only for lawful purposes. You cannot use our app to host, display, or distribute illegal content, including but not limited to:

  • Hate speech or harassment.
  • Explicit adult content.
  • Content that promotes illegal acts or violence.

3. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or ban your account immediately if you violate these terms or abuse the system (e.g., spamming, attempting to exploit the platform).
